Welcome to Cocoon, our very first class of this incredible journey.

Are you ready to feel more relaxed and less anxious? Because I am!

In this class we will be using a pillow so that we can have some extra support. Cocoon is all about feeling good and letting go of all the stress and anxiety that are accumulated in the body and mind.

The poses that you will find here, will feel like a warm hug and are designed to balance the energy in your body and calm your mind.

Now, grab your favourite pillow and meet me on the mat.
