Introduction

Welcome to Yoga Emotions, a new journey of many more to come here in CaYoga. In this short introduction video I will explain to you how this journey works and how to get the most out of it.


In Yoga Emotions you will find 7 classes that are going to help you attract what's missing in your life.

Each class is dedicated to a specific emotion/mood.

Throughout each class we'll be enhancing a particular emotion/mood through poses, breathing exercises and meditations that will be different each time


Each time you step on your mat, you can choose the class that suits you the most for that specific moment. I you're sad, you can choose the class dedicated to Happiness...If you are tired, choose the one dedicated to Energy


At the beginning of each class, you'll find a small introduction on what we'll be working on that day, and if you have any questions you can always contact me and I'll be happy to help.
